When you join the Project Protos waitlist, we collect the information you give us in the form: your first name, your email address, and — if you choose to answer — the area you would most want help with (fitness, nutrition, weight, discipline, faith, or all of the above).

We also record basic campaign information, such as which link or source brought you to the page. This helps us understand how people find Project Protos.

How we use your information

We use your name and email address for one primary purpose: to contact you about Project Protos — launch updates, early access, and founding-member details when doors open.

We do not use your information for any other purpose, and we do not send unrelated marketing.

We never sell your data

Your information is never sold, rented, or traded to third parties.

We share it only with the service providers that operate this website and its communications (for example, hosting, database, and email delivery providers), and only so those providers can deliver the service on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist entries until you ask us to remove them, or until the pre-launch list is retired. If you unsubscribe or request deletion, your information is removed from the waitlist.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from Project Protos emails at any time using the link in any email we send, or by contacting us directly.

You can also ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — just email us at the address below.
